Bea Clean, LLC is a cleaning company based in central Alabama. We started our journey in 2019 and have since become licensed and insured, ensuring our clients' peace of mind. Our services cater to residential spaces and include basic cleanings, deep cleanings, Move-In/Out cleanings, and various add-on options for customization. We collaborate with realtors to prepare homes for listing, offering comprehensive cleaning solutions. Below, you'll find detailed descriptions of each service we provide.


  • Deep Clean

    Starting at $300, our deep cleaning service covers all rooms, including:

    Dusting: Baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, with wood polishing and cobweb removal included.

    Vacuuming: Carpets and hard floors.

    Mopping: All hard floors.

    Mirror and glass cleaning: Front and back doors.

    Kitchen: Countertops, exterior of appliances (including inside the microwave).

    Bathrooms: Tub and/or shower, countertops, toilet, and mirrors.

    Removing all trash.

    PLUS: Wiping down of baseboards, doors, door frames, windows, windowsills, cabinets, and light fixtures.

  • Basic Clean

    Starting at $100, our basic cleaning service covers all rooms, including:

    Dusting: Baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, with wood polishing and cobweb removal included.

    Vacuuming: Carpets and hard floors.

    Mopping: All hard floors.

  • Move in/out Clean

    Starting at $300, our Move in/out service covers all rooms, including:

    Mirror and glass cleaning: Front and back doors.

    PLUS: Wiping down of baseboards, doors, door frames, windows, windowsills, cabinets, and light fixtures. Cleaning inside of all cabinets, drawers, inside the refrigerator and oven.

To help us give the best service possible, we kindly ask you to do a few things before we arrive:

  • If you want your bedding changed, please provide clean sheets. 🛏️

  • If you have pets, please have them put away in a safe and comfortable place. 🐶

  • Please clear any major clutter such as toys, clothes, or dishes from the areas you want us to clean. 🧸

These simple steps will help us save time and focus on the details that matter most to you.

Policies

Pets:

We love animals, but we are not responsible for removing or cleaning pet waste. Please make sure to clean up after your pets before our arrival. If your pet will be in the house unattended, please let us know of any special instructions, such as whether your pet is allowed outside or not. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our cleaners and your pets.

Dishes:

We kindly ask you to have the sink in the kitchen free of dishes. We can handle a few dishes in the sink and we will put them in the dishwasher or hand wash them. However, if the sink is full of dishes, we will charge an extra fee for this service.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email, or text message. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer and avoid unnecessary travel expenses for our cleaners. If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you could be charged a cancellation fee of $50. This fee will be added to your next invoice or deducted from your prepaid balance. If our cleaners arrive at your location and are unable to access the premises or perform the cleaning service due to reasons beyond our control, you will be charged the full price of the cleaning service. This includes situations such as locked doors, alarm systems, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions.

Payment:

Payment is due at time of service. We take several forms of payment, including cash, check, Venmo, paypal and cashapp. Unfortunately, we are unable to take card payments at this time.
